Example for College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario:
- Registration with CPSO for Post Graduate Education Certificate $120 plus CPSO membership fee of $240
- Independent Practice Certificate from CPSO: $600 application fee plus $1,200 CPSO membership fee

- College of Family Physicians of Canada: Certification Exam for family physicians $1590
NOTE: Beginning with applications for the Spring 2009 Certification Examination in Family Medicine (deadline date for applications October 1, 2008), the College of Family Physicians of Canada will require all applicants for the Certification Examination in Family Medicine, who completed their undergraduate and/or postgraduate medical education outside Canada, to register their credentials with the Physician Credentials Registry of Canada (PCRC). Residency Match
Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS)
Application to CaRMS for a residency: $205 + applicable taxes.
NOTE: This fee includes applications to four programs. All amounts are subject to applicable taxes based on your province of residence.
